Our apartments In the farms of La Querce Seconda and La Villa we have several apartments for rent.
For those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the countryside, but at the same time be close to cities and tourist destinations, our apartments are the perfect choice.
La Villa
Near the village of La Romola, hamlet of San Casciano Val di Pesa is the Agriturismo La Villa. Agriturismo La Villa una consists of two apartments, Il Fienile and La Stalla, located in a large house carefully restored.
lA QUERCE SECONDA
Among the gentle hills of Chianti you can find La Querce Seconda with its two apartments San Giovese and Trebbiano. The apartments are located in a large detached house and both have beautiful terraces with stunning views of vineyards and olive trees.
Apartment for 2 persons.
Bright apartment on one floor, with bedroom from Ietto, kitchen with living area and large bathroom with shower. The characteristic roof tiles, typical of the Tuscan barns, have been carefully preserved offering a picturesque setting to the surrounding landscape.
Outside the villa you can find an area equipped with tables and chairs.
The pool is located just below the house, the area is surrounded by olive trees and a large lawn with sun loungers available to guests.
Apartment for 10 people.
Part of a large apartment farmhouse has many spaces, ideal for groups of friends and families. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with a large open fireplace, next to the kitchen the dining room with living area and fireplace.
Going up to the first floor through the stone staircase that is located in the kitchen we arrive at the rooms from Ietto, in
total of five and a small living room. Three of the rooms have private bathroom, two rooms with shared bathroom. In two of the rooms the beds are located on a mezzanine.
In front of the house on the farmyard, guests have access to various outdoor areas.
The pool is located just below the house, the pool area is surrounded by olive trees and a large lawn with sun loungers available to guests.
Apartment for 4 people.
The apartment with two bedroom. A master bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and a bright living room.
From the living room and from the master bedroom you can access the terrace, which offers a splendid view of the Tuscan hills. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs.
The accommodation is located on the first floor, independent entrance by external stairs. The house houses an additional apartment on the ground floor.
Apartment for 2 person
This apartment is accessed through a beautiful covered terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape.
The apartment consists of kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
The terrace is equipped with table and chairs.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that houses an additional apartment on the first floor.
La Villa
Vicino al paese di La Romola, frazione di San Casciano Val di Pesa si trova l’Agriturismo La Villa. L’Agriturismo La Villa una è composto da due appartamenti, Il Fienile e La Stalla, situati all’interno di una grande casa accuratamente ristrutturata.
Appartamento per 2 persone.
Luminoso appartamento su un unico piano, con camera da Ietto, cucina con zona living e ampio bagno con doccia. Le caratteristiche tegole delle finestre, tipiche dei fienili toscani, sono state sapientemente conservate offrendo una suggestiva incornicintura al paesaggio circondante.
All’esterno della villa potete trovere una zona esterna attrezzata con tavoli e sedie.
La piscina si trova poco sotto la casa, l’area piscina è circondata da olivi e da un grande prato con lettini da sole a disposizione degli ospiti.
Appartamento per 10 persone.
Parte di una grande casa colonica appartamento è dotato di molti spazi, ideale per gruppi di amici e famiglie. Al piano terra si trova la cucina dotata di un grande camino aperto, accanto la cucina la sala pranzo con angolo living e caminetto.
Salendo al primo piano attraverso la scala in pietra serena che si trova nella cucina arriviamo alle camere da Ietto, in
totale cinque ed un piccolo salotto. Tre delle stanze sono dotate di bagno privato, due stanze con bagno in comune. In due delle stanze i letti sono situate su un soppalco.
Davanti alla casa suII’aia, sono a disposizione degli ospit varie zone all’aperto.
La piscina si trova poco sotto la casa, l’area piscina è circondata da olivi e da un grande prato con lettini da sole a disposizione degli ospiti.
lA QUERCE SECONDA
Fra le dolci colline del Chianti potete trovare La Querce Seconda con i suoi due appartamenti San Giovese e Trebbiano. Gli appartamenti sono collocati all’interno di una grande casa indipendente ed entrambi hanno delle bellissime terrazze con vista mozzafiato su vigne e olivi.
Appartamento per 4 persone.
L’appartamento con due stanze da Ietto. Una stanza padronale con Ietto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, bagno con vasca, cucina e un luminoso salotto.
Dal salotto e dalla camera da Ietto padronale si accede alla terrazza, che offre una splendida vista sulle colline toscane. La terrazza è dotata di tavolo e sedie.
L’alloggio è situato al primo piano, ingresso indipendente da scale esterne. La casa ospita un ulteriore appartamento al piano terra.
Appartamento per 2 persone.
Si accede a questo appartamento attraverso una bellissima terrazza coperta dalla quale si gode di una magnifica vista del paesaggio circondante.
L’appartamento è composto da cucina, camera da Ietto con Ietto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia.
La terrazza è dotata di tavolo e sedie.
L’appartamento è situato al piano terra di una casa che ospita un ulteriore appartamento al primo piano.
